This wellness center project reflects over a eighteen months of intense work as a a real estate development consultant, project manager and onsite contractor. The initial assessment included market and financial research, comparative analyses between leasing or purchasing and the pursuit of an ideal commercial property within a brisk market. Once purchased, I managed an extensive remodeling initiative with multiple subcontractors over nine months in order to ensure a smooth transition into the new space. Over the years since, I have continued to maintain, manage and upgrade numerous aspects of the active commercial property.
